The quote tool
The quote application collects gender, birth date, your assessment of your health, current tobacco use status, target benefit sum, and desired protection span. These details go to the carriers' quoting engine to produce actual rates and don't stay on this website. We never retain your name, physical location, telephone, or email to display quotes. If you submit identical details repeatedly, a short-duration memory cache may supply results without contacting the rating service again.
Applying
When you choose to apply, your details pre-load the application interface hosted on the carriers' secure system, governed by that platform's separate privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-authorized insurance agency (License 0B75129), receives and processes all applications.
The contact form
The contact form gathers your full name, email address, optional phone, your communication choice, category of inquiry and the body of your message. We transmit it through email to the agency, using your email as the response address. The website retains no copy, maintains no database of submissions, and logs nothing about the content. A quick browser-side protection system guards against misuse before transmission.
Measurement
Visitor activity is tracked through first-party analytics without third-party storage, served directly from this web address. No tracking cookies or stored identifiers exist; your IP address has two segments anonymized before storage; referrer query data gets discarded; server logs expire after 90 days. Users sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preferences bypass measurement entirely.
What we do not do
We decline to purchase, distribute or exchange personal data; we don't deploy marketing pixels; and we exclude third-party analytics services. Carriers' application infrastructure on the apply section is the only external script, and it loads solely when you navigate to that area.
